Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • How does real estate investing build financial freedom?

Investing in real estate protects your capital/assets. It produces cash flow. It produces long term appreciation. It provides tax benefits. It allows for leverage using good debt. It protects against inflation. It has been proven and tested over time. It is easy to scale and grow, and it is difficult to disrupt.

  • Why multifamily real estate investing?

Multifamily apartment investing offers many advantages as compared to other investments like stocks and cryptocurrencies, or even other types of real estate such as single-family homes or fix and flips. Housing is a basic need and apartments are an economic preferred choice for housing. They are in high demand and can't be easily replaced. They provide an asset backed investment opportunity with the potential to produce and grow cashflow. They also provide tax benefits.

  • What is real estate syndication?

Syndication is a pooling of investors’ capital to purchase a larger asset. Limited partner passive invments are invested alongside dozens of other investors in a single commercial asset, such as an apartment building. Limited partners don't have any other active responsibilities in the deal.

  • What is an accredited investor?

To be an accredited investor, you must EITHER have a net worth of $1M+ (not counting your primary home) OR have an annual income of $200K+ as an individual ($300K+ for joint income) for the past 2 years, with the expectation of the same income in the current year.
